Christina was long over due for a new seat on her wheelchair. Andy at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in ATD was great. Posted by Administrator
Christina picked pink for the covering. That was not the choice I expected her to make.
Although it was an expected long day and time went fast; the kids did not want to be there.
It was a little shock when the draft seat came in to check fit. It was so big. Christina is growing up so fast. She is my little big girl. I have told her on more than occasion that even when she is 110 she will still be my little girl.
I tried my best to keep Christina entertained by walking around the clinic and hospital in the loaner chair/stroller. I am feeling the burn in my legs today. The back and shoulders are feeling it too.

The rhyzotomy surgery Christina had in 2015 was successful. The reduced spasticity has open doors for the dystonia to show its ugly head all the more.
Chrisitna is progressing as she learns to take steps and use her legs all over again.
I think it was the right decision. The "what ifs" never go away though.

Well, the house work never seems to end. I did manage to get the regular stuff done along with the extras like whole house dusting, and washing all the bedding.Posted by Administrator
Yard work was tough to squeeze in with work and weather. Progress is being made. Have I mentioned I do not like to rake.
I do enjoy the yard when it looks nice. And a nice garden.
