So of the 10 requests sent out, three pending feedback, one pending completion, the other six done...

ONLY Mayo Health Systems charged for copies of medical records. If a medical or educational institution requests the same medical records there is no charge.

Way to step up the anti customer service Mayo. Not only were the ER visits poor, you add insult.
